Auric Minerals Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the process of exploring its mineral property interest in British Columbia and holds an option to acquire up to a 100% interest in three mineral claims covering approximately 1,906.95 hectares, located in the Trail Creek Mining Division, British Columbia. Auric Minerals Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Aurwest is a Canadian-based junior mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold properties in Canada. The Company currently has three Option Agreements to earn a 100% interest in the Paradise Lake property and Stony Caldera property , a 47,800 (478 sq km) package of gold exploration licenses within the emerging Central Newfoundland gold district. The Company also currently holds a 100% interest in the 28,294 hectare Stellar/Stars porphyry copper/gold project, located approximately 25 kms southwest of Houston, British Columbia.

Auxico Resources Canada Inc. (“Auxico” or the “Company”) was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporation Act on April 16, 2014.

Auxico is a mineral exploration company with silver-gold properties in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. The Company is also actively engaged in exploration mining opportunities in Colombia, the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) as well as Brazil and Bolivia.

Avanti is an exploration stage junior mining company engaged in the identification, acquisition, evaluation and exploration of gold, precious metals and base metal properties.

The Exchange has determined that Avarone Metals Inc. (the “Issuer”) has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A section 2.9.

Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete any financing without prior Exchange approval.

In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.

 

Basin Uranium Corp. is a Canadian junior exploration company focused diversified mineral resources.  The Company recently acquired the Mann Lake uranium project, located in the Athabasca basin in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada, and is also currently undertaking the CHG gold exploration project located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of the town of Clinton in south-central British Columbia. The CHG Project consists of seven contiguous mineral claims covering 3,606 hectares.

Battery X Metals Inc. is focused on the exploration and acquisition of critical mineral and precious metal property assets in North America, and the development of battery recycling technology to support the growing demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly energy solutions. The Issuer’s Y Lithium Project is situated in Northern Saskatchewan and the Issuer also holds ownership of gold and base metal mineral claims in Ontario's Red Lake Mining District. Additionally, the Issuer's wholly owned subsidiary, Battery X Recycling Technologies Inc., is dedicated to developing innovative technologies for refining battery metals and facilitating urban mining from spent lithium-ion batteries.

Bayridge is a mining exploration company concentrating on battery metals projects. Currently, the company operates a lithium exploration project in Ontario, the Sharpe Lake property.

Benjamin Hill Mining Corp. is a Canadian-listed junior exploration company focused on exploring and advancing the Alotta project, a prospective porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum project located 50 km south of the Casino porphyry deposit in the unglaciated portion of the Dawson Range porphyry/epithermal belt in the Yukon Territory of Canada.

In addition, the Company holds a 20% interest in Aion Mining Corp., a company that is developing the fully permitted La Estrella coal project in Santander, Colombia. The project contains eight known seams of metallurgical and thermal coal.

 

Beyond Lithium Inc. is the largest greenfield lithium exploration player in Ontario with 63 high potential greenfield lithium properties totalling over 195,000 hectares. The company has adopted the project generator business model to maximize funds available for exploration projects, while minimizing shareholder dilution. Beyond Lithium is advancing certain of its projects with its exploration team and will seek to option other properties to joint venture partners. Partnering on various projects will provide a source of non-dilutive working capital, partner-funded exploration, and long-term residual exposure to exploration success.
