The common shares of Augustine Ventures Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 25,971,790 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 17.1 million shares.

Augustine Ventures is engaged in the exploration and development of its Surluga Property located in Wawa, Ontario. The Surluga property is located about two kilometers east of the town of Wawa, Ontario
